What the job involves
Act as a subject matter expert for Pindrop’s solutions.
Generate new license revenue by engaging with technical teams.
Advise on IVR and call center improvements using Pindrop technologies.
Develop and deliver presentations to articulate technical concepts.
Conduct product demonstrations and lead proof of value initiatives.
Collaborate on technical documents and respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ documents.
Work closely with Account Executives to develop strategies and forecasts.
