Requirements
- 3-8+ years leading presentations collecting requirements and developing solution architectures
- Experience teaching prospective users or project teams to use similar software
- Comfortable prototyping in languages such as Java Python Go or Javascript
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies
- Kafka ecosystem preferred
- Ability to build relationships with partners customers and open-source users
- Experience demonstrating technical concepts including presenting and whiteboarding
- Collaborative mindset with strong customer feedback orientation
- Flexibility to travel for customer meetings events and conferences
- Comfortable with Linux and Kubernetes
- Proficient with AWS GCP or Azure

Day to day
- Work closely with the sales team to introduce Redpanda to prospective customers and partners.
- Lead technical briefings and deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly explain value and capabilities.
- Build proof-of-concepts prototype integrations and help remove technical blockers to adoption.
