Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or a related major
- 2+ years of experience in BESS or a related specialization
- Experience supporting energy storage projects or customers
- Ability to produce and manage technical documentation
- Capability to deliver technical training and troubleshoot issues
Day to day
- Provide application support for energy storage projects and customers across the African region.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product planning and technical decisions.
- Draft, translate, optimize, and manage technical and product documentation.
- Deliver technical training to technical, sales, service teams, and customers while gathering product improvement feedback.
