Who you are

  • Proven track record with commerce customers as a Presales Engineer or Solution Architect
  • Expertise in omnichannel commerce ecosystems and integrations
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies, SaaS, and PaaS fundamentals
  • Solutions mindset and ability to custom build solutions
  • Passion to collaborate in a team-selling environment
  • Executive experience consulting with business and technical decision makers
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Technical architecture, integration, and security expertise
  • Strong API knowledge for enterprise integrations
  • Excellent video conference presence
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple concurrent requests
  • Ability to thrive on change and work well in a team and individually
  • Flexibility to work locally, regionally, and globally in a matrixed organization

Desirables

  • Retail and commerce design and implementation experience
  • Solid grasp of headless, SEO, POS, and omni-channel concepts
  • Familiarity with development lifecycles, version control systems
