Remote Solutions Engineer Job in San Francisco, CA Socket

Who you are

• 1 to 3 years pre sales experience as Sales Engineer and Solutions
• Experience working with enterprise customers in the security or technical SaaS space
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Empathetic mindset for customer challenges
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Desire to learn new tools and technologies
• Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and technical frameworks is a plus
• Experience with open source and vulnerability management
• Ability to read/write scripts in Python, JS, or Golang
• Knowledge of common source control managers such as GitLab or Bitbucket

Desirables

• CS degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience working with medium to large customers up to 1000 employees
• Relevant security domain experience
• Experience with AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
