Requirements
- 1 to 3 years pre sales experience as Sales Engineer and Solutions
- Experience working with enterprise customers in the security or technical SaaS space
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Empathetic mindset for customer challenges
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Desire to learn new tools and technologies
- Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and technical frameworks is a plus
- Experience with open source and vulnerability management
- Ability to read/write scripts in Python, JS, or Golang
- Knowledge of common source control managers such as GitLab or Bitbucket
Nice to have
- CS degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working with medium to large customers up to 1000 employees
- Relevant security domain experience
- Experience with AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
Day to day
- Support commercial customers by providing technical education, guidance, and presales support
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams to address customer challenges and requirements
- Lead discussions, product demonstrations, and support Proof of Concepts for customer requirements
