Who you are

  • Experience in Technical solution software pre-sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer Science or related field or an additional 2 years of relevant software support sales experience
  • Outstanding communication in English written and oral negotiation presentation and solution selling skills
  • Experience working with Loopio
  • Experience completing RFP's
  • Organized ability to put together and demonstrate product presentations
  • Proven expertise on Cloud Data Hosting
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant
  • Ability to travel to various conferences and client sites across the country

Desirables

  • Industry domain knowledge
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP software sales
  • Familiarity with government sales cycles


What the job involves

  • Interacts with clients and provide focused customer data demonstrations
  • Work with development staff to articulate the value of Springbrook's products and solutions
  • Provide strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis data review product demonstrations and other general sales support
  • Become an expert in the features benefits and application of Springbrook's products
  • Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and strategies
  • Educate and train the sales force in the features and use of Springbrook
  • Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Support all strategic deals involving complex application and systems integration
  • Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
  • Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team
