Day to day

  • Lead product demonstrations for transit agencies operators consultancies and partners, clearly showing how Swiftly’s tools deliver value
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to shape strategy pitch and positioning while overcoming customer blockers
  • Organize and run onsite workshops pilot programs and customer-facing sessions that build trust quantify impact and support revenue growth
  • Translate complex engineering and transit concepts into accessible guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build productive relationships with agency staff and internal teams and serve as a technical resource throughout the sales cycle
