Requirements
- Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript with the ability to write clean code and prototype quickly
- Hands-on React and Node.js experience across frontend and backend
- Proven customer-facing experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineering or DevRel
- AI-native daily workflow with tools like Claude Code Cursor or Codex
- Hands-on integration experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI
- Native or near-native English
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical audiences
- Strong ownership and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Production rich-text framework experience
- Owned a customer relationship end to end
- Public writing or speaking
- Familiarity with collaborative editing
- CRDT knowledge
- Real-time sync experience
Day to day
- Represent the technical side on customer calls alongside the AE, mostly with US prospects
- Build live demos and code samples that move active deals forward
- Run technical deep-dives with prospect engineering teams and guide prospects who need help defining their use case
- Feed customer signal back into product to influence the roadmap
