Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar technical role with a strong focus on construction technology
• Deep technical knowledge in areas such as construction management software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), IoT for construction or other relevant technologies
• Strong communicator able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of working closely with sales teams to drive business growth and customer success
• Customer-focused with a passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional service
• Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering computer science or construction management
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

What the job involves

• Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet the unique needs of our construction clients.
• Serve as a technical expert in construction technology, providing in-depth knowledge and insights to both internal teams and external customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the sales process maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase our solutions to potential and existing customers.
• Work with product management to identify customer needs and influence the product roadmap based on feedback from the field.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in construction and related fields to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
