Requirements
- 5+ years in solutions engineering or similar technical role
- Strong focus on construction technology
- Deep technical knowledge in construction management software, BIM, IoT
- Strong communicator
- Proven track record with sales teams to drive business growth and customer success
- Customer-focused, problem solver
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, self-motivated, work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or construction management
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Day to day
- Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet the unique needs of our construction clients
- Serve as a technical expert in construction technology, providing in-depth knowledge and insights to both internal teams and external customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the sales process maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase our solutions to potential and existing customers
- Work with product management to identify customer needs and influence the product roadmap based on feedback from the field
- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in construction and related fields to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
