2-3 years in technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space
Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle
Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Engaging storyteller
Ability to build deep understanding of customer needs
Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
Experience writing code in Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

Work alongside Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, and Twilio Partners through the pre-sales process.
