  • 7+ years in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software with significant DoD or federal account experience
  • Proven success running POCs and technical evaluations in complex strategic or classified federal environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • English language proficiency

Day to day

  • Lead technical discovery with federal stakeholders to uncover objectives constraints and success criteria and shape account strategy
  • Design and deliver tailored demos and POCs that map product capabilities to mission needs across complex federal environments
  • Provide technical leadership on architecture security compliance and identity concerns while resolving objections and partnering cross-functionally to win deals
  • Share field intelligence build reusable sales assets and mentor teammates to raise the technical bar across the organization
