Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering Sales Engineering or Technical Implementation within FinTech RegTech or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL Node.js and React
- Working knowledge of AI technologies in FinTech
- Experience with KYB KYC AML or fraud and identity verification workflows
- Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Familiarity with Jira Monday.com or similar tools

Day to day
- Partner with sales as a technical expert during discovery scoping and solution design
- Lead tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements that align product capabilities with customer workflows

- Create training programs and technical documentation while translating customer feedback into product input
