Remote Solutions Engineer Job in Denver, CO Zoom

Who you are

• Business acumen and executive presence
• Experience with SaaS collaboration (web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS)
• Understanding of traditional voice communications systems and applications
• Familiarity with Healthcare vertical and Healthcare IT
• API integrations and scripting experience is a plus
• 4+ years as a solutions engineer

What the job involves

• Serve as the lead advocate for customers.
• Translate technical needs into product development recommendations.
• Test customer environments and drive customer demand/features within Zoom.
• Support the Account Executive in proposing and designing solutions for collaboration challenges.
• Understand and articulate Zoom's architectural advantages.
• Conduct demos and proof of concepts for prospective Healthcare customers.
• Architect and help close deals.
• Build market intelligence.
