Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in fiber telecommunication networks.
• Proficiency in ESRI GIS platform and OSS solutions.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in presales technical sales or sales engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%+ in the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and continuously enhance knowledge using company resources.

What the job involves

• Focus on the application of Operational Support Systems in the telecommunications industry specialized in fiber networks.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs.
• Establish and strengthen customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and leadership during customer engagements.
• Conduct technical discussions address inquiries and prepare responses to RFx/tender documents.
• Create customized technical proposals for Tier 1 to Tier 5 telecommunication environments.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers advocating for their needs in product development.
• Provide post-sale leadership to ensure a seamless transition to the professional services team.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product value propositions and internal knowledge resources.
