What the job involves

• Selling CX cloud solutions and related services to prospective and existing Oracle customers
• Winning CX SaaS cloud revenue in greenfield net-new accounts and expanding existing Cloud customers
• Developing a strategy and sales plan to drive awareness and engagement in the designated territory
• Generating and following up on leads, qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities
• Identifying and collaborating with the appropriate people within Oracle and the Customer for effective account and opportunity management
• Working with and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners where needed
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of competition in CX to influence the sales process and developing proactive strategies
• Keeping a complete list of contacts and engagements within SalesCloud for full territory and opportunity coverage
