What the job involves
Primary job duty is to sell HCM cloud solutions and related services to prospective and existing Oracle customers driving increased revenues of our Cloud SaaS Applications across different accounts within your territory
Winning HCM SaaS cloud revenue in greenfield net-new accounts and expansion of existing Cloud customers
Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory coverage to drive awareness and engagement
Driving the implementation of sales campaigns
Generating and following up on leads qualifying leads and prioritizing opportunities
Identifying and working with the appropriate people within Oracle and the Customer to ensure effective account and opportunity management to drive success
Working with and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate
Maintaining a complete and up-to-date understanding of competition in HCM and able to influence the sales process for developing proactive and counter actions for winning the deal
Maintaining a complete list of contacts and engagements within SalesCloud to ensure that full territory and opportunity coverage is achieved
