Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
• Proven experience as a SQL Analyst / Developer with a focus on BI and production-level code
• Strong proficiency in SQL T-SQL and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL)
• Knowledge of software development best practices and ability to write performant production-level SQL code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be willing to commute to Windsor Berkshire at least once a week

Desirables

• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure)
• Programming skills in languages such as C# or Python
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

What the job involves

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SQL Analyst / Developer to join our Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions team.
• This team is responsible for enhancing the business’s lead management and CRM capabilities with accurate and relevant application data.
• The ideal candidate will develop and maintain data pipelines and queries to extract complex datasets needed for business intelligence and reporting needs.
• You will also write production-level code to support the organization’s various CRM and lead-management applications and systems.
• Key tasks include efficient data extraction and transformation, gathering BI requirements, and monitoring database performance.
