Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA a strong plus
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- At least 2 years in construction accounting preferred
- Experience in public accounting and direct construction company accounting highly valued
- Minimum 3 years using QuickBooks Online
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Proven leadership experience managing a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Day to day
- Manage a portfolio of construction clients and keep financial processes accurate and on schedule
- Prepare and present monthly and year-end statements job costing and WIP reports
- Lead client meetings troubleshoot accounting issues and mentor bookkeeping support staff
