Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business Information Technology Analytics Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years in business analytics SQL financial analysis pricing analytics business intelligence or related functions
- 5+ years in IT healthcare or medical device organization preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Teams and Excel
- Power BI development experience required
- Power Automate experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com Power BI Definitive Healthcare LexisNexis or similar tools
- Strong understanding of data flow reporting processes and efficiency improvement
- Effective planning project management and program management skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of independence initiative professionalism and confidence engaging stakeholders

Day to day
- Design and deliver reporting analytics and business intelligence solutions that support sales decision-making.
- Partner with sales leaders and internal stakeholders to identify trends improve processes and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Build maintain and optimize KPI reports forecasts dashboards and opportunity analyses using sales and market data.
- Lead cross-functional projects monitor data quality and present insights to stakeholders and leadership.
