Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business Information Technology Analytics Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics SQL financial analysis pricing analytics business intelligence or related analytical functions
- 5+ years of experience within an IT healthcare or medical device organization preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Teams and Excel
- Power BI development experience required
- Power Automate experience preferred
- Experience with sales analytics platforms and data sources including Salesforce.com Power BI Definitive Healthcare LexisNexis or similar tools
- Strong understanding of data flow reporting processes and opportunities to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability
- Effective planning project management and program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical problem-solving written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of independence initiative professionalism and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders

Day to day
- Design and deliver reporting analytics and business intelligence solutions that support sales decision making
- Partner with sales leaders subject matter experts and stakeholders to improve processes identify trends and turn data into actionable recommendations
- Build KPI reports forecasts dashboards and opportunity analyses while providing ad hoc decision support to Sales Marketing and cross functional teams
- Lead projects manage timelines validate data and present insights to leadership to strengthen sales performance and operational efficiency
