Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or Data Science
  • Required 4 years of healthcare revenue experience in a multi-site multi-payer environment
  • Experience analyzing large complex data sets
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase Smartview
  • Strong organization attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality

Day to day

  • Conduct complex patient revenue analyses using billing and accounting data to produce actionable insights
  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis across revenue components and forecast versus budget results
  • Execute patient revenue rate calculations, support budgeting and forecasting, and prepare reporting packages for cross-functional stakeholders
