Requirements

Experience with ERP functional design & information architecture
Experience with ERP implementation and configuration
Experience with CRM/CPQ functional design & information architecture
Experience with CRM/CPQ implementation and configuration
Workday, SFDC and Zuora experience preferred
Strong knowledge of business application tools (ERP, CPQ)
Very strong communication skills
Good relationship-building qualities
Structured and methodical

Day to day

The ERP Solution Architect will configure and customize ERP systems and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
They will discuss architecture and solution options, create functional process documents, and ensure system changes align with business strategy.
They will stay updated with technological changes and updates, and organize user training.
