Day to day
- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation for pharmacy software products.
- Develop user guides release notes online help content and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with product implementation instructional design and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear accurate content.
- Manage multiple documentation projects and prioritize deliverables to support release timelines.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify documentation needs dependencies and risks.
