Who you are
- Doctor of Jurisprudence
- Admitted to practice in state bar of residence or willingness to become admitted in Oregon
- Minimum of six years of experience providing employment law advice and counsel
- Experience providing in-house employment law advice to a national employer preferred
- Merger & Acquisition activity experience preferred
- Advising life and disability insurance companies preferred
- Advising on executive compensation matters preferred
- Ability to develop and deliver successful presentations to internal audiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to identify and prioritize business needs and assess and communicate risk
- Motivation to achieve business goals in a legally defensible manner
