Who you are

  • Doctor of Jurisprudence
  • Admitted to practice in state bar of residence or willingness to become admitted in Oregon
  • Minimum of six years of experience providing employment law advice and counsel
  • Experience providing in-house employment law advice to a national employer preferred
  • Merger & Acquisition activity experience preferred
  • Advising life and disability insurance companies preferred
  • Advising on executive compensation matters preferred
  • Ability to develop and deliver successful presentations to internal audiences
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to identify and prioritize business needs and assess and communicate risk
  • Motivation to achieve business goals in a legally defensible manner
