Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in logistics and distribution
- 5+ years working directly with automation systems such as AS/RS GTP AMRs and Cobots
- Proven experience deploying and commissioning automated fulfillment solutions
- Experience in third party logistics and omni-channel fulfilment with e-commerce focus
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software integration
- Experience with WMS WCS WES PLCs and SCADA systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation and reporting skills

Day to day
- Lead the installation configuration testing validation and commissioning of automated fulfilment systems in new Distribution Centers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to interpret designs and deliver successful automation implementations
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize automation performance while documenting configurations test results and changes
