Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Senior Business Analyst Project Coordinator or similar role supporting technology or data initiatives
Proven experience gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into actionable technical deliverables
Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within Agile Scrum environments
Hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management sprint planning issue tracking reporting and Agile delivery
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of Data Engineering concepts including ETL ELT data warehousing cloud data platforms APIs SQL and reporting solutions
Strong analytical organizational problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality accuracy and attention to detail

Serve as the primary liaison between Business Product and Data Engineering teams to deliver data and analytics initiatives
Gather document and translate business functional and technical requirements into epics user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
Lead end-to-end project delivery coordinating Agile ceremonies cross-functional teams UAT release planning deployment readiness and hypercare support
