Who you are

  • 10-15 yrs experience with Financial sales
  • Demonstration of new logo acquisition and maintaining strategic accounts with consistent sales revenue growth
  • Shaping and winning consulting and solution deals within the Capital Markets IT / FinTech ecosystem in North America
  • Proactive Deal-Maker not a reactive Order-Taker
  • Ability to create and nurture C-level relationships
  • Strong local contacts and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations in the region
  • Good understanding of Capital Markets, Insurance & FinTech
  • Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
  • Understanding of customer decision making criteria for offshore services, consulting, platforms, enterprise solutions
  • Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
  • Track record of sales in Application Managed Services or Application Solutions within industry/geographic segment
  • Technical understanding of AMS, Integration, Testing, SAP, Salesforce, Calypso and Digital solutions
  • Intermediate/Advanced level competencies in New Business Development and Territory Planning
  • Experience managing complex prospective clients
  • Experience selling project-based/outcome-based solution services, driving high value transactions
  • Creatively enter new clients, bring pull-through deals to closure
  • Significant business relationships/networks with senior client executives
  • Team player, collaborative with sales enablement eco-system (presales, solutions and architecture, demand generation, solution delivery, marketing, finance and legal)
  • Ability to handle change, be adaptive
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • High confidence to represent Quinnox and articulate value propositions
  • Understanding of competitive offerings, market and industry insight
  • Gain access and influence decision-makers at highest levels in organizations
  • Craft and execute strategic/tactical plans to close large revenue projects or annuity transactions
  • Agile in sales process, understand dynamic changes to sales lifecycle
  • Experience with digital/social media skills to create prospects, enhance Quinnox branding, and marketing initiatives
