Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years) in a corporate environment
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation
  • 3 years of project management experience
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate across business lines and managerial levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of compensation principles and practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects

Desirables

  • Experience participating in salary surveys
  • Experience benchmarking and pricing IT roles
  • Experience leading compensation projects
  • Experience managing corporate performance management process
  • Certified Compensation Professional or working toward certification



What the job involves

  • Conduct analysis to support various programs, salary planning, and processes, and make proactive recommendations based on data
  • Participate in the annual salary survey, analyze results and trends, and manage the vendor relationship for our market pricing system
  • Conduct job evaluations across the company providing guidance on leveling and FLSA exemption
  • Oversee the corporate performance management process, including managing key processes, policies, and communications with stakeholders
  • Serve as project lead on assigned annual and special projects, collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting needs related to compensation initiatives
  • Support the management of job descriptions including the annual review process
