Requirements
- 5 years of total industry experience at an annuity carrier or broker-dealer or closely related financial services environment
- Experience in product development sales marketing account management due diligence market research IT or operations
- High familiarity with web-based client and advisor-facing policy management or advising tools
- Working technical knowledge of annuity product types and features
- Understanding of annuity selling servicing and retirement planning processes
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience working in a dynamic collaborative environment
- Familiarity with business or academic analysis methods
- Familiarity with AI tools and their limitations
- Moderate analytic tool skills
- Excel required

Day to day
- Provide unbiased analysis of the competitive landscape across annuity product offerings and full value propositions
- Research competitors using mixed methods to assess product specs rates service capabilities sales processes technology partnerships and operational integration
- Develop battlecards side-by-side comparisons reports presentations and dashboards that translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Conduct win-loss evaluations ad hoc research and ongoing competitive intelligence programs while collaborating closely with market research partners
