Who you are
BA in English, Business, Journalism, Communications or other relevant field
5-7 years’ experience as a copywriter for an in-house creative team or agency setting (freelance experience also welcome)
Demonstrated expertise in content creation, with a portfolio of campaign work available
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management systems like Workfront, ProofHQ, Lytho, etc., and/or a willingness to learn
Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, content editing, and concepting
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

What the job involves
Develop content across a wide range of channels, including webpages, social media, blogs, online articles, and print advertising
Craft thoughtful, compelling copy that drives engagement and supports business goals around acquisition, retention, go-to-market, and brand awareness
Engage actively with subject matter experts and research industry topics to create meaningful and easy-to-understand messaging
Interpret project briefs and incorporate insights into compelling concepts and persuasive language
Concept, write, and edit content with a focus on a clear, concise, recognizable brand voice across all marketing channels and collateral
Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Services team and the larger Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the leader of Brand and Creative Services
