Who you are
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and proven work experience with SQL
- Familiarity with Linux commands
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues encompassing wide services
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Desirables
- Background in healthcare insurance
- Scripting experience
- Experience with EDI like ANSI 834
- Experience with Splunk
- Familiarity with JIRA
What the job involves
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SaaS environments and their databases
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to quickly understand and resolve problems
- Collaborate with clients, escalate unresolved issues to internal teams, and document technical knowledge while managing multiple open issues simultaneously
