Requirements
- Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting Engineering Technology or related field Bachelor’s preferred
- 10+ years of progressive industrial structural or mechanical design experience
- Experience designing industrial casing plate ductwork and structural members
- Experience with large-scale industrial ducting systems preferably at elevated temperatures
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and fabrication-ready drawing development
- Ability to independently manage complex design assignments and recommend practical solutions
- Solid understanding of geometry spatial reasoning and material quantity calculations

Day to day
- Develop complete 3D CAD models fabrication drawings and material take-offs for heavy industrial equipment and hot exhaust ducting.
- Design large-scale flue gas ducting systems with careful attention to thermal expansion mechanical loading and cyclic service.
- Coordinate interfaces review technical inputs and guide less-experienced designers to deliver accurate fabrication-ready packages.
