Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-speed high-layer-count PCB design experience
- Experience designing 10-18 layer boards with controlled impedance routing
- Experience with HDI and rigid-flex solutions
- Experience placing high pin-count BGAs
- Experience with board materials stack-ups power and signal integrity analysis
- Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
- Fluent in Cadence Allegro 17.4 22.1 or 23.1
- Experience maintaining symbol and footprint libraries
- Understanding of product lifecycle from concept to production support
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to collaborate across electrical mechanical and manufacturing teams
- Experience applying DFM/DFA principles
- Eligible to work under CGP and ITAR regulations

Day to day
- Design and develop complex high-layer-count printed circuit boards for aerospace and defence applications
- Optimize board materials stack-ups layouts and routing for signal integrity power distribution and manufacturability
- Collaborate with electrical mechanical manufacturing and NPI teams to deliver reliable production-ready solutions
- Provide technical leadership peer reviews and mentoring while maintaining symbol and footprint libraries in Cadence Allegro
