    What the job involves

    • Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. Engage in account and territory planning researching prospect customers using business development strategies. Complete field-based sales activities with defined prospects territories or verticals.
    • Ensure client relationship mapping to account team while leading a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants Solutions Specialist Success resources Partners and Marketing. Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas and oversee account strategy.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business advising on ServiceNow IT roadmap bringing in right support resources. Analyze customer needs identify opportunities demonstrate solutions for IT roadmap alignment.
