Who you are

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 7+ years of experience in FPGA prototyping
• Strong Verilog HDL programming skills.
• Experience targeting RTL designed for custom ASIC Development to a Xilinx FPGA.
• Experience designing solutions that interface with Ethernet based protocols, PCIe, and optical transceivers.
• Knowledge of signal integrity and system bring-up.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX OS, device drivers, and scripting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for technology innovation within a collaborative engineering environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

What the job involves

• Design and implement FPGA-based prototypes to validate critical aspects of our planned hardware design.
• Lead the architecture definition, RTL block level programming, synthesis, and timing closure of a high speed Xilinx FPGA design used in validation of multimodal AI inference acceleration connectivity.
• Work with multi-functional teams, and assist in complex subsystem level lab bring-up, integration, and unit test validation.
