Requirements
- 8-12 years of high-volume multi-region payroll experience
- Expert-level proficiency in ADP
- Experience owning payroll processing across global jurisdictions
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies
- Effective communication skills for complex payroll and tax topics
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partnership experience
- Ability to use AI tools and technologies in daily work
- Highly motivated self-driven and coachable
- Located in ET or CT highly preferred

Day to day
- Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing across US and international entities with precision and timeliness
- Manage payroll workflows across multiple systems including ADP and global platforms while maintaining accurate data and reconciliations
- Partner closely with People Ops Benefits Accounting and Legal to resolve payroll inputs tax issues audits and process improvements
