At Hummingbird, we help Epic health systems fix patient access end to end. Built by former Epic, patient access, and health system leaders, we believe patients deserve to access care when, where, and how they need it, and providers deserve to focus on caring for patients, not administrative work.

We work exclusively with Epic health systems to transform how patients access care. Our model combines access consulting, Epic optimization, managed operations, and technology enablement under a single partnership. We uncover the opportunity, build the operational and Epic foundation required to capture it, and stay to ensure access gains don't erode over time.

Growth at Hummingbird

This role is a key part of our technology team. You’ll take on increasingly complex infrastructure, integration, and automation challenges over time, deepen your expertise across our Azure environment, and help shape how the team works as it grows.
