  • Proven track record of building ML, DL, and NLP solutions
  • Proficiency with a Deep Learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Proficiency in Python and a data query language (e.g., SQL)
  • Track record of writing understandable, maintainable, and testable code
  • Familiarity with software development practices like unit testing, code reviews, and version control
  • Experience or strong interest in cloud computing (preferably AWS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD)
  • Merging and deduplicating large datasets
  • Experience with multilingual problems
  • Developing search or candidate ranking systems
  • Building internal review/labeling tools using Streamlit or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Spark with PySpark or Scala
