Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or B2B sectors
2+ years proven experience working with Marketo (certification preferred)
Demonstrable experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation and program reporting
Proficient in use of tech tools to optimize and analyze performance (GA4, Salesforce, Tableau)
Solid knowledge of email best practices, deliverability best practices, CAN-SPAM/CAS and GDPR to ensure local and international compliance
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders
Strong desire to solve problems on your own and as a team
Must love data with strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysis
Process-driven, always looking to optimize and streamline processes
Passion for details, quality, and accuracy

Drive the success of our marketing initiatives by optimizing our Marketo instance.
Enhance our email marketing strategies, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.
Improve the efficiency of our tracking programs, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Deliver detailed reports and analyses that will shape our marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Manage the day-to-day operation, configuration, database administration and optimization of programs in Marketo, ensuring smooth operation and martech stack integrations.
Execute all aspects of campaigns in Marketo including program and workflows automation, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, lead scoring, dynamic content.
Plan, execute, and measure A/B testing to drive conversion improvements to productivity, lead gen, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales growth.
Measure, monitor, and track campaign performance and ROI against benchmarks and KPIs; proactively recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements.
Generate and analyze frequent reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that generate leads and engage existing clients.
Manage marketing automation efforts, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
Ensure Sales team compliance with CRM processes, reporting rules and standards.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Support Marketing leadership with other duties as assigned
