Remote Sr. Marketing Specialist - MarTech Job in UK Kraken Digital Asset Exchange

Who you are

• 2-5 years of experience with ESP management e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Familiarity with SQL and HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of web and mobile app environments, SDK, and product lifecycle
• Understanding of performance metrics and business/marketing analytics
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Strong crypto conviction and familiarity with our products

What the job involves

• Manage MarTech tools’ operational needs e.g., access, usage management, and new integrations
• Gather and translate marketing/business use cases into technical requirements
• Provide hands-on guidance for internal stakeholders and develop documentation as playbook
• Ensure best practices for tool governance and marketing activation
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and coordinate resolution with vendors/internal stakeholders
• Address attribution and measurement needs across digital marketing channels
• Participate in evaluation process for new vendors and coordinate implementation of new tools
• Perform additional duties as required
