Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and program management with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience designing developing and managing mechanical systems or products across concept design testing and production
- Strong background in mechanical design CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD and engineering analysis
- Excellent program management skills including managing schedules budgets and risks effectively
- Strong leadership and team management experience with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes including prototyping CNC machining injection molding and assembly

Day to day
- Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems, components, and subsystems to meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Develop detailed 3D models, CAD drawings, and prototypes for thermal systems, structural components, mechanisms, and assemblies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, testing, and cross-functional execution to deliver on time and within scope.
- Lead and mentor mechanical engineers, designers, and technicians while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and improve processes.
