What the job involves
- Support phases of Agile development, including gathering and analyzing user requirements
- Develop and test code, handle outages, and create application system models
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software programs, recommend improvements, and conduct various testing to ensure functionality
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for Severity 1 issues, manage SLAs for Severity 2 and 3 tickets, work with Product Owner to groom backlogs
