Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Seven (7) years or more of Software Development experience
- Knowledge in Transportation Management and/or Distribution Management Technology
- Ability to collect information, detect patterns, brainstorm, interpret data, and theorize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be comfortable and effective with issues that lack clarity, structure, or certainty
- Ability to document and maintain technical specifications
- Command of computer languages to write and update computer programs
- Ability to debug and test programs
Desirables
- Master's degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years in Transportation Management
What the job involves
- Support all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle
- Design and develop enterprise-level software programs
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for Severity 1 issues and manage SLAs for Severity 2 and 3 support tickets
