What the job involves
- Support all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle
- Gather and analyze user requirements, develop and test code, address outages, create application system models
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Severity 2 and 3 support tickets, provide 24x7 on-call support for severity 1 issues
