Role


Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in multiple security engineering disciplines (red teaming, penetration testing, security operations, application security, fuzz testing)
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud security principles (preferably AWS)
  • Experience running Red Team or penetration testing campaigns in large, complex organizations

Desirables

  • Master's degree or advanced technical degree
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.)
  • Experience in automation via scripting and configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Experience with security testing tools including Cobalt Strike, C2 infrastructure, Burp Suite
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through launch
  • Experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs



What the job involves

  • Conduct offensive security operations, proactively test for emergent threats, and provide strategic security insights to development, deployment, monitoring, and incident response teams
  • Uncover security weaknesses using extensive expertise in security testing, vulnerability research, and red teaming
  • Assess infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments with advanced offensive security tools and techniques
  • Integrate offensive security perspectives into the workflows of security and engineering groups, shaping secure development, deployment, and monitoring practices
