Requirements
- At least eight years of payroll processing experience in a multinational company within the EMEA region
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations tax laws and labor laws across EMEA
- Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German is a plus

Day to day
- End-to-end payroll processing for around 400 employees in the EMEA region
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations tax laws and company policies
- Provide timely data for financial reporting and audits
- Support employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
- Define and maintain up-to-date HR and Payroll policies procedures and records
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary payroll data
- Assist in managing local Time and Attendance systems and HR systems including collaboration with the global HRIS team
