Remote Sr. Payroll Analyst Job in UK Barracuda

Who you are

• At least eight years of payroll processing experience in a multinational company within the EMEA region
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations tax laws and labor laws across EMEA
• Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German is a plus

What the job involves

• End-to-end payroll processing for around 400 employees in the EMEA region
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations tax laws and company policies
• Provide timely data for financial reporting and audits
• Support employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
• Define and maintain up-to-date HR and Payroll policies procedures and records
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary payroll data
• Assist in managing local Time and Attendance systems and HR systems including collaboration with the global HRIS team
