7+ years of experience leading technical and business requirements and system implementations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and interact regularly with diverse stakeholders
Experience in Health Care Industry or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Desirables
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
Bilingual in English/Spanish

What the job involves
Provide strategic analysis and insight to design a roadmap for system development activities.
Communicate with development teams to help manage backlogs and clarify user stories.
Lead the development and design of the PECOS 2.0 product vision and specifications.
Facilitate Communication Between End-User and GDIT Contract Management and/or Stakeholders.
Interface between business requirements and technical teams to ensure business needs and user requirements met.
Compliance with any Contract Statement of Work (SOW) or Deliverable Requirements.
Responds to any communication, questions or concerns in a timely manner.
