Remote Sr Product Manager Job in United States General Dynamics Information Technology

Who you are

• 7+ years of experience leading technical and business requirements and system implementations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and interact regularly with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Health Care Industry or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Desirables

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment

What the job involves

• Provide strategic analysis and insight to design a roadmap for system development activities.
• Communicate with development teams to help manage backlogs and clarify user stories.
• Lead the development and design of the PECOS 2.0 product vision and specifications.
• Facilitate Communication Between End-User and GDIT Contract Management and/or Stakeholders.
• Interface between business requirements and technical teams to ensure business needs and user requirements met.
• Compliance with any Contract Statement of Work (SOW) or Deliverable Requirements.
• Responds to any communication, questions or concerns in a timely manner.
