What the job involves
At Abnormal, the Sr. Recruiter will be instrumental in building and scaling the organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Engineering and Product Management teams.
The role involves daily collaboration with hiring leaders, Rec-Ops, Talent Marketing, cross-functional partners, and Coordination teams.
The Sr. Recruiter is trusted to drive innovative, data-driven hiring tactics, resulting in high-quality, rapid hires.
The position also entails using various tools to map talent communities, track talent trends, and maintaining high data integrity while adding positive energy and momentum to the company culture.
Providing insights and data to key stakeholders and achieving set hiring goals are integral to this role.
