Who you are

  • BSc or higher in Biology or related field
  • 3-5+ years’ Life Sciences sector experience
  • Marketing Campaign Planning and budget management experience
  • Familiarity with marketing SynBio and NGS products
  • Experience working with sales teams to drive awareness and sales
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Strong opinion on marketing trends and best practices
  • Desire to exemplify company principles: Grit, Impact, Service, Trust

Desirables

  • Familiarity with Biopharmaceutical Discovery and Development or Molecular Diagnostics
  • Salesforce and Marketo experience
  • Additional languages



What the job involves

  • You will develop and execute marketing strategies for the EMEA region to build brand equity and achieve business outcomes.
  • You will oversee the implementation of regional marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and events.
  • You will support the sales team with marketing collateral and generate leads collaboratively.
