- BSc or higher in Biology or related field
- 3-5+ years’ Life Sciences sector experience
- Marketing Campaign Planning and budget management experience
- Familiarity with marketing SynBio and NGS products
- Experience working with sales teams to drive awareness and sales
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong opinion on marketing trends and best practices
- Desire to exemplify company principles: Grit, Impact, Service, Trust
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Biopharmaceutical Discovery and Development or Molecular Diagnostics
- Salesforce and Marketo experience

Day to day
- You will develop and execute marketing strategies for the EMEA region to build brand equity and achieve business outcomes.
- You will oversee the implementation of regional marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and events.
- You will support the sales team with marketing collateral and generate leads collaboratively.
